Confusing title to most I'm sure but these are the names my oldest child enjoys going by. Most of the time it's Sofia( more on that later) but through out the day it changes, Only my dad can call her Lucy, which makes since because he has called her that since before she was born ;) however she refuses to let anyone call her Allyson she prefers "ally" which drives me bonkers!! So if you haven't caught on yet, this post is going to be about ally! Some funny stories things she says so that when I'm elderly I can remember my sweet sassy determined 3 year old. 

* okay so back to "Sofia". There is a show on disney junior that is about a common girl that becomes a princess. (A little Kate Middleton inspiration perhaps) anywho Allyson is OBSESSED! She always insists on us calling her Sofia, we always just played along. One Sunday we go to pick her up from sunbeams and we say "ok Allyson lets go" her sub teachers says "what's her name? She told us her name was Sofia, & even corrected me when I called her sofie." HAHAHAHA come to find out, everyone in primary thinks her name is Sofia!! So incredibly funny to me! 

* Allyson is participating in her first ever primary program and she is so excited to be able to talk in the microphone. She has her part memorized and I will update this coming week on how it actually goes!

* she really loves learning, which I think is fantastic! She has known all of her letters and their sounds, but now she is writing them and identifying more and more words, we are in our way to reading!! She can also count to twenty and can identify numbers. 

* She enjoys all things girly, painting her nails, curling her hair, going to the mall, PINK PINK PINK, but she also loves bike rides with daddy & helping daddy in the shop. 

* Allyson's favorite movie is probably Peter Pan. She quotes it about 1000 times a day & she and ruby always are running around pretending they are hook and pan.

*a funny story she had asked me to put in a movie, I put in the wrong one and once I realized it she said " I mean for the love!!" Which is hilarious to me because that is something I say A LOT!! 

* speaking of her mimicking me, hearing her interact with her sisters is the sweetest thing, she is total mommy to them(sometimes) & I love watching her become a little person.

* a couple months ago I was folding laundry and she came up to me and says " mommy I will be in charge of the girls and fold the laundry, you can go take a nap!!"

* ally will make friends everywhere we go, she is not shy at all and she just has such a sweetness about her. However she is also the most dramatic child I have ever met!! But hey that's Allyson and one of the many qualities we love about her. 

* she will twirl around all day & would wear her leotard & red cowgirl boots every single day if I would let her. She insists on dressing herself which leads to some pretty interesting outfits some days. 

She still loves her purple blanket and her pig "bacon"

Stella-ism's @ 9 months

* Stella claps!!! It seriously kills me a little every time I see her do it!

* she is slowly phasing out her baby food & is eating more of our food. 

* this doll still has NO teeth! However I do think I see them trying to pop through.

* Stella Mae LOVES moving and grooving! She is into all kinds of music!

* she is starting to jibber jabber lots more & YELLS now (I'm in trouble)

* Stella crawls all over the place and will stand up against things but she refuses to try and balance by herself.

* loves her daddy but is quite the mommy's girl! She always thinks she needs me 

* obsessed with gaspard and Lisa and of course she likes Mickey Mouse  

* she will lean in with her mouth wide open and give a big slobbery smooch! They are the best ;)

*  we went to the dr and Stella has an AWFUL ear infection, but you wouldn't know she is still so sweet and happy

* Stella weighs 17lbs 11oz & is 29inches long. That height qualifies her for the teacups ;)

August 16th I turned 24 woowoo!! My handsome hubby got me a new curling iron & my faves a red velvet nothing bundt cake & a choco choco chip!! Mmmmm the night of my birthday we went to din at yard house & went and saw we are the millers! Super funny movie!

Newborn memory box

I use to be such an awesome crafter, then I had baby 1 got busy. Then baby 2 came and I was busy. Then baby 3 came and most days I don't finish half of my to-do lists. However I decided that I needed to get some of my crafts done as far as the girls go. I have been saving all of their stuff from when they came home from the hospital to put in a memory shadow box. Seriously Allyson is 3 & I just got her's done. But better late than never they say! I only got ruby & ally's done because the shadow box they had that I liked was scratched up so Stella's is coming (hopefully before she is 3)

* Stella crawls and climbs EVERYTHING!! she is so quick and her favorite place to be is with me in the kitchen! 

* she loves saying dada hi and mmmmm

* loves apples

* loves her puffs and Cheerios 

* stelly loves when we have our dance parties and the only time she doesn't mind it being super loud is when we have our "concerts"

* stills loves her blanket and paci & now needs her stuffed zebra "gray"

* Stella can still fit into size 0-3 pants for the waist but they are way to short. Anything that fits her length-wise is 5 sizes to big for her waist, oh to be long and skinny ;) 

* daddy is still her favorite person on earth, but she is starting to love mommy too and if I walk into a room she cries with whoever has her until she gets me :) 

* waves hi!!!! Seriously kills me

* she folds her hands for prayer

* loves dancing

* starting to clap 

* gives the absolute best kisses on earth 

* she doesn't really have a favorite toy other than all of the girls princess bath toys 

* still loves maroon 5 but of course likes the jonas brothers ;)

* we had to lower miss stelly's crib because she always stands in it and was starting to make me waaaaay to nervous

* Stella has decided she no longer needs her 4pm bottle so now has a snack and her sippy at that time!

* Stella has always been a dream sleeper and still is she sleeps from 7pm-8am and takes two naps 9:30a-11:30p & 1p-3:30p 

* she still prefers the bjorn over the stroller or shopping cart

* she reaches for people she wants now

* loves her sisters so much when I see them interact with her I just can't wait until they are older, they will be a force to be reckoned with!! 

I swear I say this every month but words just can't describe how much I (we) love this little girl! She lights up a room with her gorg blue eyes! Her smile is contagious and she gives some of the best cuddles I've ever had! I'm so thankful to be blessed with such an amazing little girl!!

So many would laugh at this and make fun (my husband being one of them ;) but I LOVE the jonas brothers they have been my favorite since I believe my senior year of high school. I have been to two shows and have also met them twice! They had taken a 3 year break and when I heard they were going on tour again I could have peed my pants with excitement!! So I got my presale tickets and a couple weeks later I got soundcheck tickets!! Woo hoo it was seriously such a fun day and I met such sweet girls. The day went by entirely to quick! The soundcheck was seriously amazeballs!! They have all the lights on and  Joe (my fave, we're exactly a day apart age wise) sang to me during one of my favorite songs! Then it was time for the show I had been waiting for. Karmin opened the show ( they are a boy and a girl. Amy and nick they are also engaged so cute) if you haven't heard of them YouTube them!! Amy is seriously so talented! You have to watch her sing "look at me now". I have known about them for Awhile so when I heard they were opening for jb I was really excited! I liked them before and after their show I LOVE them!! My sister and I were up dancing the whole time and amy shouted us out 4 times! It was awesome! Then it was time for jb and seriously they were better than ever! The show was waaaaayyy to short but it's okay because they have a new cd coming out so I'm sure they will be back soon!! 

We waited from 9am-4:30pm but it was worth it because we were seats 2&3 for soundcheck!

Our sweet friends we met two were from Montana and two were from Nebraska jb fans mean business!
