Ruby Jane Jones is THREE!!

Why does she have to be 3???? I wish I could go back to the day she was born! I have little memories but I just want to take my time machine back to that first moment I saw her and held her because this little girl was and is perfect! Ruby is the sweetest kid I've ever met and with that can be a tad stubborn too! But she is so full of life and fun!! I love watching her discover new things! We love you roobs!! 

Rubyisms at 3!!! 

* her name is belle. Princess belle. Do not call her ruby. 

* she will tell you that she is 4 and sometimes I truly do think she is 4, sometimes it hard to believe she is only 3 because she does act older, then she will throw a fit and I remember... She's only 3. 

* ruby can identify all of her letters & numbers up to 10. She also knows how to spell ruby, ally, and Stella. She can also tell you all of the letter sounds.

* her favorite movie is beauty and the beast but she also likes Peter Pan and frozen. 

*she is the queen bee of nursery and can't wait to be a sunbeam. 

* she is so so sweet with babies and really sweet with Stella. 

* she calls Stella, Stella bean! 

* ruby loves playing with her sisters she and Allyson make up games and I love seeing them work together

* she loves singing and dancing and twirling 

* ruby is a monkey just like her daddy and has not one scared bone in her body. She is such a dare devil! 

* she is in love with swimming and just jumps right in with her puddle jumper on, & totally would without it but I'm awful at swimming so we will need to get her lessons!

* ruby loves everyone but I think mommy is her favorite :) 

* this girl always wants to go to the mall which I can't complain, but daddy's wallet sure can

* she talks in a belle voice that seriously will put a smile on anyone's face

For her birthday this year we went up to panguitch utah for the 4th which was so much fun. Then we came back and had presents and cake for her. Then on her actually birthday we had just a fun surprise filled day and of course had to get our traditional bundt cake!! ( and she picked red velvet all on her own, all 3 girls have picked red velvet & I just have to say they have impeccable taste ;)

A year and a half?!?!?!

How did my baby turn a year and a half on Monday???? Stella turning 1 1/2 has been quite a bit different than the other girls the main difference being that I typically have a newborn baby and an 18 month old, but Stella is still the baby!! She knows she is the baby & she knows how to use it haha 

Stella Mae 18 month-isms-

* Stella is finally walking!!! She runs now! It took her long enough though! 

* stella loves coloring she sits on her chair at the art table and look like such a little lady! 

* miss Stella Mae is a chatter box! She says mom(no mommy) or Mimi, daddy, papa,nan,sissy(krissy) ko(kole),ball, balloon, Mae mae( her blanket), elmo, rrrby(ruby) sissss(Allyson), bubba(karter), boo, hi, mine, uh oh, amen, nigh nigh, cheeeessseee, bubble & baby 

* she loves saying her prayers and if I say time to pray she will fold her arms so quick & knows when to at church also! 

* Stella went to nursery last Sunday all by herself and did fantastic, she did not even miss me! 

* she eats so so so much!!! Some days I think she eats more than me!

* Stella Loves the park especially now that she can run with her sisters! 

* she loves elmo, Minnie Mouse, yo gabba gabba, & mister Rodgers neighborhood.

* Stella is so sassy!! She gives Allyson a run for her money on the sassy scale. 

* this is girl is a crazy monkey & has no fear!! 

* she weighs 21lbs&13oz and is 32 1/4 inches long 

* Stella will point at her eyes nose mouth hand foot belly button and ears if you ask her to.

* Stella hates hates being tickled!! I've never seen a baby get so mad if you tickle them!

* if she doesn't want me to sing a certain song she will tell me to "shhhh" until I sing the one she really wants to hear. 

* she gets so so excited when she hears the frozen soundtrack come on.

* she can blow bubbles and loves it

kyland blake is a quarter of a century!

I'm behind but may 24th kyland turned 25! This has been his 9th birthday that we have been together! I can't get over the fact that we have gotten to celebrate together. I had great and awesome plans for his birthday, but unfortunately a couple days before his birthday my bottom wisdom tooth was having a problem and I was in some serious pain! So his birthday didnt go the way I wanted which still irks me. But he did get probably the most perfect gift he could have ever received. His family all went together and got him a saw stop, he has wanted this saw for as long as I have known him. It's a really great quality saw and if his hand or finger ever comes in contact with the blade it will automatically stop so that you don't loose a finger. We got everyone plus the saw to our house without him even knowing and he was so surprised! Mission accomplished because keeping that secret was so hard for me! 

 I normally do a bunch of random things i love about him but he's getting old & that's a lot of things ;) so I will do my top 10! 

10- I've never mentioned this but when we had Stella I was a complete grumpy wreck. & I remember once she was out not only was he making sure she was ok, he was continuously checking on me as well, and he was a such a support. 

9- he is one of the most creative people I know

8- he's always he first person to volunteer to help with whatever needs to be done

7- he wants the girls to be tough which is important I don't want any cry babies 

6- whenever any of the girls are in the shop with him he will explain to them what all of the machines are and what they do. 

5- my flip flops broke the other day and without me saying anything he went to the mall completely out of his element and went to the wrong store just to get me some new ones 

4- whenever I paint the girls nails kyland always makes a big deal over it and tells them how beautiful their nails are.

3- he also does this with their hair 

2- kyland is the best griller!! I love when he makes dinner 

1- as I have mentioned in another post kyland and I went through something extremely difficult. And through it all he has been my rock. I couldn't have made it through has I not had him right by my side. He was there for me even when he was upset to he put himself & what he was feeling aside to take care of me. I'm so grateful for that and for him. 

To get mushy I love kyland and I'm so grateful for him being my best friend and my husband forever.

Recapping

I feeling like gossip girl when she stops blogging everyone's every movement right now... I have been MIA a bit here. Lets recap so I can start fresh with life! 

Aside from our typically park dates, we have gone to the lake to feed the fishes, we have been to in n out (probably more than I would like to admit) and we have been trying to do be more adventurous. ( which takes a lot of patience) it's not always the easiest getting the 3 divas out of the house, and while sometime I dread it and think what's the point... The point is that we are making memories. And that's what life is about. I get so caught up in the everyday chores, the laundry that never ends, the floors that constantly need swept that I don't get us out to run around and have fun. I'm trying to find a happy medium but I have decided that the chores can wait!

Stella Mae 16 months

Stella is getting smarter by the day. I would say bigger but she is such a little teeny pipsqueak that name has been a total for for her. At our last dr appt she weighed in at 19pounds7ounces which surprisingly is her gaining weight. She was also 31 inches long, which is kinda long and explains why all of her pants are to short ;) I don't ever want to forget her milestones so maybe every couple of months I will give her, her very own post!  

Stella 16 month-isms:

* Stella Mae is still not walking.... Yes you read that correctly she does not walk. She will stand and balance on her own she will walk around while holding onto something but she refuses to walk by herself. 

* Stella has been THE best eater we've had. She will eat anything but loves any fruit! 

* Stella talks so much she says "this?" When she's wondering what something is. She also says mommy, daddy, papa, sssiiiiisss (ally), rrrrrr (ruby), mamamama ( please), cat, woof, tweet, shhhhooosssee, la la la (that's what elmo says) elmooooo, also whenever she sees Ariel she starts singing aahhaahaha

 * Stella reminds me so so much of Allyson. They are both so stubborn and think they know the right way to do everything. However with them being so much alike they butt heads so much just the other night, they were fighting over Stella's blanket and I look over and Stella is yanking Allyson's hair, it was the funniest thing ever. 

* she loves to color, if she sees paper she thinks it time to color 

* you can find her basically where ever mommy is 

* Stella still loves daddy best though 

* Stella is a dancer & loves singing the girls primary songs

* she likes bath time now & enjoyed trying on her puddle jumper we will see this summer if she likes the water better this year. 

* Stella loves her little giraffe blanket and paci and her little elmo

* teeny feet she wears an infant size 3!!

March 19th Kason Christopher Hall joined our family! He came into the family at the perfect time. I love that sweet handsome little guys cuddles more than he will ever know! He is a little toe head boy and seriously so so cute!! I love being an auntie! I can't wait to see you grow kason!!

Oh and why aren't there any pictures of Stella and Kason? Because as I expected she wasn't a total fan yet, especially if mommy was holding (or even talking) to her sweet cousin. She does have the word "baby" mastered now though :) 

FIVE years of wedded bliss

On April 17th kyland and I celebrated 5 years of marriage! I got out of the groove of blogging so this is a bit late. 

I am so grateful for my husband. I am so grateful that he is my eternal companion and that we will be a forever family. We have had some trials and they only brought us closer when they could have torn us apart. I know that kyland is the most perfect man on this planet for me and I'm so thankful everyday that he is mine to infinity and beyond. Marrying my high school sweetheart was the best decision I've ever made, even when some thought it was crazy. 

For our anniversary we went down to the linq which they just built here in vegas and it has the largest observation wheel. I'm not to impressed by that because I think looking at Las Vegas is pretty boring ;) but what is super cool about it, is that kyland actually worked on it for months!! So it was fun for him to be able to see the finished product. They have a kitson down there which I love. They also have a sprinkles cupcake, they originated in Beverly Hills and I have been waiting 9 years to try one. I was a bit disappointed but I'm willing to try again. They also have a Polaroid bar that will take any of your pictures and turn them into Polaroids. It was fun getting to be just me and kyland seeing as how we don't get much alone time. ;)
