6 months

i say this every month but i cant not believe my sweet little baby is 6 months old :/ is just 6 months we will be celebrating her 1st birthday and im just having a hard time wrapping my head around that (however i am looking forward to no more formula ;) alright enough of my whining lets talk ruby jane 6 month ruby-ism's * she crawls EVERYWHERE now i have two munchkins making messes right after i clean one up * ruby can sit up for about 10-15 minutes and then she gets tired and wants to fall over * roobs weighs 17pounds 11ounces and is 27 inches long * she is wearing size 6-12 months clothes * she is teething but still no teeth yet * ruby loves everyone that she knows she isnt a fan of people talking to her out and about however * ruby loves her paci and bunny and blanket * she likes cartoons preferably mickey mouse clubhouse jake and the neverland pirates yo gabba gabba and elmo we love her more than she will ever know

allyson is becoming quite a wonderful big sister! i think part of it is she is getting older and understanding that ruby is smaller than her but i also think that part of it is that ruby is crawling and using her voice and i really think allyson feels like she has a friend now not just a baby :) allysons new favorite thing to do is when we have to wake ruby up from her naps allyson likes me to put her in ruby's crib so that she can scratch her back and wake her up so sweet :)

2012

2011 is done!! cant believe it. last year was very good to us

2011 brought us:
ruby jane jones who is just a constant blessing
2 new cousins ryan & kylie
allyson turned 1
kyland and i celebrated 2 years of being happily married

so much more happened but you get the point
new years eve kyland had to work so i celebrated with the east coast and went to bed at 9:00pm i know calm yourselves i cant help that im such a party animal ;)

so it is now time for my 2012 wishlist:
*go to the park more
*bake more
*start scrapbooking (digital counts right??)
*go to sea world
*make time for date nights
*DISNEYLAND
*more trips to the beach
*potty train allyson (she has been struggling at this)
*go to the gym/work out at least 4 times a week

2011 run down

lets see how well i did on my wish list from last year :) everything i didnt complete i can always try again this year!!!

* put allyson in a gym class

i didnt put her in a gym class we decided to hold off for a dance class when she is two (which is tomorrow)ehh

* once i have our new addition get into better shape than i was for our wedding

this is still a work in progress but i think it always will be 1/2 CHECK

* get married in the san diego temple

we didnt get married in san diego :( but we did get sealed so thats what is most important. CHECK

* be really prepared with fun activites for my church calling

i have definetley had some fun activites but maybe not every week semi checked

* try to work on voice lesson's

DTC company christmas party

with kyland being full time at discount we got to go to their christmas party! it was so much fun! they had it at the bellagio it was so nice. this was the first time we had left the girls over night (other than when i gave birth to ruby) and i almost died! we seriously contemplated going and getting the girls after the party ;) but it was way fun we are so grateful to have been apart of the discount tire fam!!

im not going to lie im actually very glad that the holiday season is over this year... im not sure why but i just wasnt in the mood for it this year but that didnt stop me from doing all of our traditions & putting on a happy face for the girlys just because i wasnt in the mood does not mean they should be punished :) every december we see the live nativity, go caroling with my high school friends i sang with and of course there is always all of the christmas eve/day traditions.christmas eve we went over to the jones' house and celebrated with kylands side of the fam and christmas day (it fell on christmas this year) so bright and early (9AM) we went to church it was our christmas program and i had a solo. after church we headed home to open PREZZIES!!! santa was THE MAN this year and brought allyson a snow white doll complete with picnic accessories and ruby got a singing puppy which she is head over heels for!!

kardashian khaos

so anyone who knows me knows that i LOVE the kardashian/jenner family seriously they are my fave!! well they recently just opened a store here called kardashian khaos and for the grand opening EVERYONE WAS THERE kris kourt kim khloe kendall kylie rob scott even Jonathan and simon were there!! i had to wait until kyland got off of work so when i headed down there i didnt think i would be able to meet them considering all of the people but as they were leaving i was actually walking right by KOURTNEY!!! it was amaze she is seriously so teeny and i talked to khloe and she is totally not as big as everyone makes it seem oh and FYI kim's hiney is huge but not as crazy huge as everyone makes it seem!! i cant wait to go shopping at their store im pretty sure i will buy everything!!!
